I designed a lobby-facing ESG dashboard for cncbi’s branches in Hong Kong. The project involved visualizing real-time metrics—including energy savings and paperless operations—through a clean, intuitive interface. By transforming environmental data into accessible visuals and matching branding with inmotion, the dashboard promotes green habits and highlights the bank's sustainability milestones to both staff and customers in a high-traffic retail setting.

Design Process
We explored multiple color options during the process. While starting with CNCBI’s traditional red-and-blue for brand alignment, we proposed shifting to the vibrant orange from the inMotion palette to better suit the TST flagship branch’s modern ESG theme and solar glass facade. The final design brings a fresh, energetic, sustainable feel—evoking positivity and innovation while moving away from conventional banking tones for a more approachable identity.

Deployed across high-traffic cncbi branches, the dashboards transformed passive waiting areas into educational touchpoints that attract the modern, purpose-driven consumer. By translating complex data into relatable milestones, the interface turn corporate responsibility into a powerful tool for building client trust.
